We are a private real estate acquisition company that buys homes for cash, off-market, primarily for redevelopment. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not list, broker, or market properties for sellers.

We collect only what we need to evaluate a potential offer and communicate with you about your property.
From you directly: contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address; property details such as address, condition, timeline, and context you share; and communication content such as messages, calls, emails, voicemails, or documents you provide.
Automatically when you visit the site: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This helps us operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand which content is useful.
From public records and third-party data providers: property and owner-of-record information from county assessor records, public deed records, and licensed real estate data providers, used to evaluate properties and verify ownership before making an offer.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, review property details, prepare or discuss a private offer, contact you by phone, SMS, or email, coordinate scheduling and transaction updates, maintain records for legal and compliance reasons, and operate, protect, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, closing professionals if a transaction proceeds, assignees or co-investors when needed to complete a purchase, legal or safety parties when required, or as part of a business transfer.
We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as we have an active or potential relationship with you, and afterward for as long as needed for legal, tax, audit, and compliance obligations. Opt-out records such as SMS STOP, email unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests may be retained indefinitely so we can honor them on future inquiries.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
